  The beds are very uncomfortable, no extra blankets either. We could not find a bin. Other visitors were noisy all night, and when we woke to catch our flight, the power was of. The best thing is that the shower water was very hot.

  Was horrible an disgusting worst place I've ever stayed do not stay here can get much better hotels for same price An staff are indenial about any issues u have an won't help or give refund an you won't feel safe in a very dodgy area I have not a single thing positive about this hotel was an absolute night mare that ruined my holiday an left me feeling ripped off

  The area was somewhat shady, but was handy being close to some convenient stores. Parking wasn't good enough as our room was on the other side of the building. Hard to keep a close eye on our car. Room was big enough for our family of 5 however the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. Floor had a residue of sort all over it. Squashed spiders on the wall. Cigarette butts all over the patio yard, an old car body was parked in the patio yard also. Dining chairs were broken. The seat part wasn't attached to the frames, the dishes in the cupboards were all soaked with water. We had no tea towels to dry them. However none of this was that big of an issue given the fact there was literal HUMAN FAECES smeared in the bottom of out shower recess!!!!! 3 days we were booked to stay, we spoke to relief reception members, called after hour numbers to document and went to reception office each of those 3 days only to find the office locked those several attempts. When finally able to speak to duty manager at the time, absolutely NOTHING was done to follow up the issue. Given the 1 star as I cannot give 0. Will not be staying here again.

  Blocked bathroom basin, water took one hour to drain. Rang 5min after arriving and was told someone would come out. Departed next morning, still nobody came. No bench top in bathroom. Could not lock front flyscreen door or front door. Don't recommend to anyone.
